1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Apex BPO for services, you accept these terms. Specific outsourcing engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

2. Website Use

The content on this site is for informational purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or use our content for competitive intelligence without permission. Pricing indications are estimates — actual pricing is confirmed during the discovery call.

3. Services & SLAs

All BPO services are governed by formal Service Level Agreements that define scope, response times, quality thresholds, and escalation procedures. SLAs are customised per engagement and reported daily.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential under mutual NDAs. Detailed safeguards are documented on our Security & Compliance page.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, marks, and trade names are the property of Apex BPO. Work product created during client engagements is assigned to clients per the Master Services Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Apex BPO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Liability under signed engagements is governed by the relevant Master Services Agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, with client engagement contracts governed by the law specified in the Master Services Agreement.
